Fleet Employee Program (FEP)

Offers incentives to all employees of companies having a valid CAN and having received FEP approval from MBUSA. Eligible individuals may purchase/lease one (1) new Mercedes-Benz vehicle per year in their personal name. Please email or call Ronald Almario 1-888-701-8112 for additional assistance.

Executive Allowance Bonus (EAB)

You may qualify for the Executive Allowance Bonus (EAB) - First offered by Mercedes-Benz as an enhancement to the Fleet Program. This additional incentive may apply to executives, managers, and sales representatives with individual vehicle allowances. Qualified Executives are provided with an additional incentive on eligible Mercedes-Benz vehicles that is purchased or leased. The EAB enhancement is yet another reason for your company executive(s) to choose a Mercedes-Benz. Every Mercedes-Benz vehicle includes the following features:

Qualifying for the Executive Allowance Bonus

In order to qualify for participation in the Executive Allowance Bonus, your company must meet the following requirements:

1. Your company is currently enrolled in the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Program and has an assigned Corporate Account Number (CAN).
2. Your company has employees who receive a vehicle allowance as part of their compensation package that applies to the individual purchase/lease of a company vehicle. To qualify for EAB, the applicant must submit the following documentation:
   • An Executive Allowance Bonus Enrollment Form signed by the executive
   • A copy of the EAB applicant's pay stub/direct deposit record slip
     - OR -
   • A photo ID and one (1) example of employment documentation (employment documentation can be in the form of a corporate resolution, Articles of Incorporation, or corporate website)

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to protect the privacy of the EAB applicant, the social security number and salary information should be deleted (white out) from the pay stub/direct deposit copy (or equivalent). The vehicle allowance compensation should be highlighted on the pay stub/direct deposit copy if listed as supplemental income.
