The GL-Class is offered with three different engine choices: a 210-hp 3.0-liter diesel V6 in the GL350 BlueTEC, a 335-hp 4.6-liter V8 in the GL450 and a 382-hp 5.5-liter V8 in the GL550. All engines are bolted to a 7-speed automatic transmission and full-time four-wheel drive system.
