Service Department Manager
Universal Technical Institute Graduate. Mercedes-Benz Elite Technician Training Program Graduate. Master Certified Mercedes-Benz Shop Foreman with 22 years of experience as a Mercedes-Benz Dealership Technician. I transitioned into customer-facing roles including Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, and Service Department Manager.
My team is highly skilled and experienced. My objective is to guide the Mercedes-Benz Service department in delivering superior customer service and maintaining the highest standards of repair quality. I love working for Mercedes-Benz. I am committed to maintaining a long-term carrier with Mercedes-Benz, with the intention of continuing my employment with the brand until retirement.
I enjoy motorcycling, fishing, camping and traveling with my family.
I've been fortunate to work in customer service since my youth, and it's become more than just a job-it's a way of life. I have a natural inclination to make people happy and I'm committed to doing whatever it takes to achieve that. My 28-year automotive career began as a service advisor at Thousand Oaks Mercedes-Benz in Southern California. I relocated to the Pacific Northwest 21 years ago, where I've settled and advanced to a management position. I'm truly enthusiastic about Mercedes-Benz and their "Best or Nothing" philosophy, believing our clients deserve nothing but excellence. My wife and I are raising two young children, instilling in them the values of respect and care for all people, just as my parents taught me. I believe my upbringing has played a significant role in my success in this industry and in life.
During my leisure time, I enjoy unwinding with some local whiskey while working on large Lego sets or relaxing by the river at our property in Eastern Washington.

I have been in the automotive industry since 1999 and have been employed at Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma since 2017. I am deeply committed to luxury brand vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. Originally from Laos and raised in Seattle, Washington, I am proficient in three different languages.
During my leisure time, I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family.
Oscar was born in Guatemala and moved to Los Angeles at the age of 14. He's happily married to his amazing wife Ana and is a proud father to 3 outstanding kids! With 36 years in the automotive industry, Oscar started with Cadillac, then BMW, and has now been with Mercedes Benz at the Larson Group for almost 7 years. He enjoys taking care of his clients like family. Oscar loves to travel, all sports but specially coach and play soccer, and play percussion with the worship team at his church.
I have been in the automotive industry for over 24 years, I have experience in both sales and the service sides of the business. I believe this gives me a better opportunity to help and serve our customers with all their automotive needs. I spend most of my time off outdoors working with my family maintaining and operating a horse training facility located in the Key Center area.
Liz is a born and raised PNW native. Her auto career began at a young age, spending Sundays in the garage working on cars with her father. Her first official auto job was delivering parts for the Larson stores circa 2007. She now has over 18 years in the automotive business. 15 total years with Mercedes Benz, and over 9 of those years in the Larson group.
Liz has been Master Certification eligible twice in her tenure with the brand.
In her free time Liz enjoys outdoor adventures and honing her equestrian skills.
I was born and raised in the PNW. I have been in the automotive industry since 2016, I started as a Service Cashier and quickly transitioned to writing service. I have been with Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma since 2022. I spend most of my free time with my daughter, our two dogs, and cat. My personal hobbies include attending concerts, reading, camping, paddle boarding, gardening, cooking, and baking.
I have been in the automotive industry since 1990 and really enjoy it I love to meet new people and the regulars and enjoy talking to them I have been with Mercedes since 2023 I grew up on the East coast but the Military brought me out here I am a Army Veteran and on my free time I love going to concerts and spending time with my wife of 39 years and my daughter and son in law and especially with my grandson I believe in treating people the way you want to be treated and treat people with respect
Originally hailing from sunny Southern California, I've spent the last nine years immersed in the automotive world. Six of those years were dedicated to Audi, and now I'm thrilled to be in my third year with Mercedes-Benz. Being from the Car Capital of the world, cars have always been a passion of mine, and I truly enjoy helping my clients keep their vehicles running smoothly and safely. Outside of work, my family and I are on a mission to visit every MLB ballpark - a fun way to spend our free time! The Pacific Northwest is a new and exciting chapter in my life, and I'm loving every minute of it.
