I bought a 2017 Cadillac Escalade from MB of Tacoma. I live in Alaska and Chris helped me so much with pics and videos. The vehicle was in great condition and Chris was spot on in his description of the vehicle condition. He made me feel as comfortable as could be, for buying a vehicle from so far away. Chris was great and a smooth transaction. Kim was great to deal with as well, you could tell she was a great people person and a great help. Thank you
I want to give a big shoutout to Oscar and the service team for their outstanding service! I initially came in with my C300 because my vehicle kept displaying a “critical low battery” message, and I was also due for regular maintenance. Good thing I did because during their thorough inspection, they found a bubble in my front driver’s tire—a serious safety concern. They promptly replaced the tire and even replaced my battery under warranty. I left feeling incredibly relieved and happy, knowing my vehicle is safe and in great shape. The customer service was top-notch, and Oscar made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. I’ll definitely be returning for future services. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Larson Mercedes in Tacoma! I worked with Eric, who was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also took the time to thoroughly explain all the features Mercedes offers. As this is my first Mercedes, he made sure to go over everything in the GLA I was interested in. When it came to discussing pricing, Eric was transparent and straightforward, eliminating the usual back-and-forth negotiations. After the paperwork was complete, he went the extra mile to personalize the car to my preferences and ensured I was comfortable with all the features and how to use them.
